CB Physiotherapy is now accepting NDIS participants at both our Moorabbin clinic and our Port Melbourne clinic!

Taking on the world of NDIS is a big step but one that we are really excited about it. We are well-placed to provide tailored services that meet the specific needs of NDIS participants.

Taking on NDIS participants is about showing our commitment to supporting people with disabilities and making sure healthcare is accessible to everyone. We’re proud to be able to offer quality, evidence-based care to everyone who walks through our doors.

*Please note – participants must be self managed or plan managed (not NDIA managed).

Our Facility
We are located within 3 Point Training, giving us access to a state of the art gymnasium which is utilised for rehabilitation. You will find us at unit 7, approximately 50m up the driveway at 339 Williamstown Rd to your right. Our treatment room is located at the front of the gym, on your left hand side as you walk in.

Parking
There is free all-day parking on Williamstown Rd.

Our Facility
We are located within Crossfit Project Bayside, giving us access to a state of the art gymnasium which is utilised for rehabilitation. You will find us in Horscroft Place, just off Linton St, around the corner from the St Kilda Football Club (RSEA Park). Our treatment room is located at the front of the gym. The waiting area is on your left hand side as you walk in the front door.

Parking
There are a number of carparks directly in front of the clinic. On the off-chance these spots are all taken, there is also free parking around the corner at Moorabbin Bowls Club, or on Healey St (which is just a short walk across the park).

APPOINTMENT DETAILS

Initial consultation – allow 60 minutes.
Standard consultation – allow 30 minutes.

Education

You will receive a thorough education on your condition and its contributing factors.

Treatment may include:
  • Education on diagnosis, pathology, and evidence-based treatments
  • Advice on activity modification, load management, and self-management strategies
  • Personalised exercise prescriptions, delivered via email
  • Manual therapy, including massage, joint mobilization, and dry needling
