Some basic but powerful points to keep in mind when you’re in pain or injured…
👉🏻Be PROACTIVE when issues arise, get on top of them early (early intervention = successful outcomes).
👉🏻Focus on what you CAN do rather than what you CAN’T do (practice gratitude).
👉🏻Be positive in your recovery and take CONTROL of your own physical health.
👉🏻Remind yourself that pain is NORMAL and exists purely to protect us.
👉🏻Practice POSITIVE mental health strategies, don’t let your physical health get you down!
