MINDSET FOR DEALING WITH INJURIES

Some basic but powerful points to keep in mind when you’re in pain or injured…⁣

👉🏻Be PROACTIVE when issues arise, get on top of them early (early intervention = successful outcomes). ⁣
👉🏻Focus on what you CAN do rather than what you CAN’T do (practice gratitude). ⁣
👉🏻Be positive in your recovery and take CONTROL of your own physical health. ⁣
👉🏻Remind yourself that pain is NORMAL and exists purely to protect us. ⁣
👉🏻Practice POSITIVE mental health strategies, don’t let your physical health get you down! ⁣
